The Rijksmuseum is the national museum of the Netherlands dedicated to Dutch arts and history and is located in Amsterdam. In 2013 and 2014, it was the most visited museum in the Netherlands with record numbers of 2.2 million and 2.47 million visitors. It is also the largest art museum in the country. The museum has on display 8,000 objects of art and history, from their total collection of 1 million objects from the years 1200–2000, among which are some masterpieces by Rembrandt, Frans Hals, and Johannes Vermeer. The museum also has a small Asian collection.

Am I missing something?
On both the appleTV and iOS apps, I can either look at about fifty “top picks” or do a search for something. Search g for “Rembrandt” comes up with a lot of hits… good… but there’s really NO browse feature, is there? I mean, as someone who is somewhat illiterate about the long history of Dutch art, but would like to dip a toe in… this app is useless. I want an endless gallery on my TV, but instead I guess if I go to Wikipedia first to look up some search terms, I
might be able to find something to look at? Mysterious.
