Cancelling a trial is not as easy as it’s seems
While the app is easy to use, canceling your trial is proving impossible. I’ve reached out twice via email and once via the survey and haven’t heard back. If you’re gonna charge weekly for an app, you should make cancellation as accessible as possible. For every day I don’t hear back, I’ll be lowering my review by one star. They’ve got no reason not to respond to me as in each of my inquiries I included my email and number Day two and no word from support team about canceling my subscription. Bringing my rating down to two stars Update: the support form sends you to an error 404 page. I’ve reported this app to Apple and my bank Day three and I’ve heard nothing from the support team and the support page still doesn’t work. Tomorrow I’m reporting the app to Apple

I cannot cancel this subscription
The ring sizer worked. I only needed it one time and planned to cancel. But it says server not found when I try to ask for help.
I was satisfied with the app. But there is no customer service to help.

Laughable (NOT FREE btw)
Don’t download this shovelware garbage. They slam their ridiculous paid subscription (SUBSCRIPTION??!!) in your face every time you try to actually get a size, so this app is deceptively NOT FREE.
It’s honestly funny what people think someone would pay a subscription fee for. How often do you think we are measuring rings??!! Charge me once, fine. I have no issue with that if the app works, but a subscription?? It’s genuinely kind of funny.
