Cannot cancel subscription from within app

Service was decent, but app lacks any admin settings. Unable to find how to cancel now that I no longer need to use the service. Seems predatory to lock this functionality out of the main app.

Don’t do it

Literally the worst app I’ve ever used. I tried it for my business and it was a complete flop. Between lags in communication, frequent inability to start new conversations (call or text), lost text history, freezing, disappearing messages, new voicemails not loading and locking any communication with the person for sometimes days, and many more issues, I had the number ported my cellular provider using a dual SIM card. I have to admit their CS was fairly responsive getting me the info to leave.

Bug saving contacts

Currently there is a bug which won’t allow me to save contacts… the text field comes up shortened and you can’t click in to actually put in a name… this is a new bug as of this week.
