I love the ease and convenience the mobile app provides. Very lucky to get to use such a fantastic platform and highly recommend! The app allows me to use my work phone number on my personal phone without carrying a second device. I can take calls, join video meetings or webinars, and send SMS messages from anywhere seamlessly switching between desktop and mobile. If you are looking for a robust, all-in-one business communications solution, this is it! I love RingCentral.

This app is absolutely incredible compared to any other VOIP App In the industry. You can call, text, fax and video conference without having to switch to multiple apps! Not to mention the hundreds of other features you can use within the app. It’s 100% the future of Digital Communications. RingCentral has perfected their product and continues to add features to make Working From Anywhere as easy as possible!!

Getting set up on the app and text messaging was challenging to begin with. There were a few extra fees that we did not expect. We finally met an agent that was extremely helpful. I wish I took her name because it made the whole experience worth it! I am really enjoying the app so far and look forward to all the technology you have to offer. Thank you.

My most favorite thing about RingCentral is the option to do an auto reply text so your clients know if you’re out sick. This is an option by email on most platforms, but not text messages and many of my clients text. This is GREAT!!

My agency has tried many phone apps before. This is the first one with AI features. So far, it is amazing in my opinion. The app is steady and works well consistently. Previous apps were always flakey and had limited features. They would require many resets daily. However, Ring Central has many features, all fantastic and dependable. You can schedule availability times for each employee and calls/texts outside of those hours can either be transferred to other service representatives or automatically responded to with a message written by you. You can use text templates to save time when sending similar messages to many clients. AI will automatically take summarized notes of calls and save a perfect script of the call as well. These are just some of many great abilities of this app. 10/10 recommend!

After the last update, my phone doesn’t ring for calls. The computer app will but not my phone which defeats the purpose of I’m away from the computer. I’d also like to see more integration with Apple as far as sending screenshots. It’s a bit annoying saving photos to add to the texts. Video, photo and text messaging could use some work like reactions to messages and things of that nature.
