Rio Metro Ticketing 4+

I now see that someone reported last December that the schedules in the app are out of date. Why aren’t you removing them or refreshing them in the application? This is an easy fix. It makes no sense that you can purchase a ticket in an application that includes a static and out of date schedule.

I showed up in ABQ for an 8:19 am Sunday train that left at 8:04. Ended up cancelling all my plans in SF that day due to this.

My rating is a reflection on the poor app quality and unwillingness for whomever is responsible for it to fix it. The train itself is fantastic and very economical. Just get your act together and make this simple fix to your app.

I am so frustrated and disappointed! I relied on the app schedules and it is incorrect. I tried calling to request a refund only to be told that I would not receive a refund and could use the tickets another day. I never ride the rail runner which is why I ran into this problem. I asked who could fix the app schedule only to be told they have had this problem over a year and have not done anything to fix it! They get this complaint daily at least 4 to 6 times and have done nothing to fix it.

One of the very worst iPhone apps I’ve had the displeasure of using. Why isn’t the schedule available in the app? Why are some crucial buttons (e.g. “purchase ticket”) halfway off of my iPhone 11’s screen? Why do I have to manually enter credit card info? And why does the app crash when I try to? This app doesn’t seem to do any of the things it’s supposed to do.
