That which can be measured can be improved. The RipRow app helps you get the most from your training. It displays workout time, RipWatts (current, average and max), number of reps, average range of motion of reps, lateral balance and heart rate (current, average and max via a Polar heart rate strap).
If you use your RipRow in the same location with consistent temperature, the power numbers will be consistent and valid for training.
Your iPhone must be attached to the RipRow frame or handlebar. If you attach the phone to the handlebar, you need to lock the steering straight. We do not provide the phone mount.

This allows your iPhone to keep track of time and reps. I haven’t been able to get my Garman heart rate monitor to work on it yet, I suspect I need a Bluetooth heart rate monitor instead of ANT.
Either way, I was able to easily segment between different exercises with the time right in front of me.
