Best I have found

As Coaches and players look to build their inventory of activities and skills this is a great starting point. I have used a number of soccer and fitness related apps that are reasonably priced (subscription) but this one has content and is affordable. Supported by Coach Scott Moody a top level coach and knowledgeable Strength and Conditioning guy it benefits everyone. Very supportive and quick technical assistance too.

Solo training for the US women’s national team

I love training on my days off, so I was looking for an app that met my level of play needs. This is great ! Mainly for advanced players if you ask me & is awesome for conditioning & training as a solo player. You can also switch up the training and workouts to do with players but I like how you can do it individually !

Love working out with this app

I really enjoy rise when I’m looking to do any sort of workout. It has great/numerous options and videos to demonstrate each exercise. I’ve never had problems with it!
