Great game! Here’s a suggestion to make it even better

Absolutely love this game! I find myself always on this game whenever I get the chance to play. I’ll literally wake up 5am to let my dog outside and play this game to kill time which usually ends up becoming a longer task. I think this is the best strategy games in the App Store. The gameplay is nice and I’m always looking forward to new things being added. However I think if they added a building in the castle where you can play a bunch of mini games would make a nice edition. This option would be a great way to kill time when your waiting on all your resources/troops etc to build up. Another thing I think you guys should consider adding is a prison in your castle. This option should be added so that every siege victory you go and do you can also take their troops prisoner and have them become yours instead of just killing off half your troops. The last thing that would make this game better is that if you guys added a guardian dragon in your castle. For this option there should also be Dragon Training in the institute so you can upgrade your dragon and whatnot. The concept of the dragon is basically to help with defense and attack whenever your in a raid. I design apps and I’m really hoping you guys consider my ideas thank you all for making such a wonderful game!

It’s got a massive amount of players that are active. I’ve progressed quite far, in game purchases are completely optional to play. The way the game is though, you want to spend a couple bucks (nothing major) but again, completely unnecessary to progress. There’s a built in translator so it makes it possible to communicate literally with people from all areas of the world which is AWESOME. ***Suggestion box***I know they do read these, in the event that you read mine. I’d suggest one or two more events. How about something where for a couple of days specific monsters or rebel camps pop up throughout the map. I mean all over the map, not rare. They can be killed a certain amount of times before they level up (lv1 camp\monster zeroed teleports and changes to Lv 2 and so on) and they should drop decent rewards, of course some more rare than others. Each time they level up they increase in difficulty significantly. Again, JUST an idea. More events then the norm, it’s fun and engaging.

The worst customer service you will facing on all your life you can’t imagine what ever I will explain you will thought I just creat story because what kind of customer service they provide no words can you explain will give you just few example because you can’t imagine how far they go 1- at least 36 hours to replay on any inquiry 2- many time I bought a package and some time facing issue on get the package on time and you have to run after them to get it yes it’s not happen always but will happen at least 20 % of total purchase 3- they never solve any issue will always said wait and will see and never do you need at least sent more than 10 and mean will take 1 month almost because they need 36 to answer any inquiries and maybe will solve and maybe not 4- never try to help you and never take your complain seriously or your suggestion even once almost 20 players me and my friend seek for help and ask for help no one care 5- this game always there is new think to spent and there is no limit as much you spent as much there is new things to do if you bought hero after one month there is new hero if you bought dragon after few month new dragon although when you pay and spend non stoping and at end this customer service you facing you should think twice before spent one dollars more I expect to get respect I spent almost 2000 dollars every month but at end this kind of service I get I’m glad I didn’t spent more and wish everyone to think twice before play this and try customer service to get to know them better not only according to what I said according to your experience before spent any and stuck

I have played this game everyday for almost 4 years. 1,413 days consecutive to be exact and for the first 3 years I was able to be competitive without spending money but the greed has set in. At this point and I’m not joking you need around 50k that is $50,000 to play and to be competitive and again that’s not a joke. Our kingdom alone has someone that has spent over 100k on this game and the fact is if you don’t have money don’t play this game bc no Matter how much time and hard work you put in you will never get any of the good hero’s and you will never unlock the new ice dragon the game just put out along with the and to upgrade your castle or buildings it takes months to collect the medals you need I am slowly losing interest in this game with them constantly rolling out new hero’s that you cannot get without spending money and they roll out new hero’s every few weeks. Also side note there is another castle in our kingdom that has spent over 20k on there hero’s and castle and once they brought the dragon into the game I watched that same person bc a no body in the game so spending 20k is not enough money apparently so I would recommend finding another game to spend uour time on don’t be like me they only signs on to talk to friends I have made and for me to fill other peoples rallies bc I don’t spend so I never get to attack people I just wait for other people so I can join rallies and I’m not a small castle I have a l5 castle with over 260 mill power and that is nothing anymore I highly recommend not to play this game without money
