We love Rise! It’s our weekend breakfast spot. We love the food and the staff! They are wonderful especially Nick, the manager!
Bomb biscuits but rewards issues
4 stars for killer food. But app logs order as purchase and removes reward then. Be careful and once you add the reward ensure you go through with paying. If you try and go back to change anything the app will log it as a purchase still and remove the reward. Developer should change this so reward isn’t removed and order isn’t logged as purchase until payment is complete.
Rewards
Cant redeem the reward that I put in the cart. Their website notoriously has issues and it’s frustrating because I order basically every week and I’d love to get the free biscuit I used my rewards for.
