To use the IncredibleBank App, you must be enrolled as an Incredible Bank online banking user. If you currently use our online banking, simply download the app, launch it, and log in with the same online banking username and password. After you successfully log in to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

Incredibly easy to use
I was very hesitant to download this app but when I was unable to use safari on my computer, I asked for help at the bank. With some effort she talked me into trying it. I was shocked to find out how easy it is to use. I would recommend it for everyone!
Typically good, terrible for travelers
I use the app every day to keep track of my expenses, and I never have any issues when in the US. However, when I travel internationally, it sees that I’m not in my typical region and locks the app unless I can verify my identity... but every single verification option is through phone number, which doesn’t work when I’m not in the US. Even the verification app that you can use is dependent on phone number. This means that I can’t use the app for the 3 months I’m in Spain right now, which is a giant pain in the rear end and very frustrating. I wish they included another verification option to sign in, like questions or email, but alas.
Was good until Incredible Bank took over
Not sure if the issues I’m seeing are due to the pandemic or if the app just isn’t any good. Was very pleased with my old River Valley app, then once they switched to Incredible Bank, nothing is up to date.
It is currently Monday the 18th and my last updated day on the app is from the PREVIOUS MONDAY. I don’t even know if my balance reported is even correct because so many transactions aren’t being reported, they’re not even in the pending section. Really frustrating to deal with.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
