Very Efficient App

Really I can see how quick is the application among the previous once. Also, the features are well utilized to bring all requirements in one page. Seems the designers behind the scenes did their homework with high quality and best knowledge based on excellent customer service feedback. Many thanks to them and to this great application.

Horrible services

This app just prove how horrible the services form this bank! Not even simple transactions can be done without being glitchy or annoying. No direct support from the employees, and even when I asked for that no one responded. Only bots that give u a loop of options till u lose your mind. My Mastercard was frozen for no obvious reason during my travel and I can imagine how that froze my life. Trying to call the support team from the app, website, and called them but no response. A mistake to have an account in this bank.

*Update (to developers’ response): I already have sent tons of email to u, yet u didn’t even bother to reply. Apparently Your service only to whom u find profitable.
