Riyadh Bus 4+

The updated riyadh bus app offers a variety of new services to its users from journey planning to new ticket types, as follows:

Journey Planner – users can plan their journeys within the city of Riyadh from one bus stop to another bus stop. Users can type bus stop names, select them from the drop-down list, select them from recent searches, or select them on the map. Users can also save their favourite routes.

Bus Tracker – users can view the entire riyadh bus network on the map, including bus stops and live tracking of buses. In addition, users can select specific bus routes to view the bus route, its bus stops, and track buses live on the map.

Routes – new bus routes have been added to the app. Users can view bus stops for each route as well as view the public transportation map.

Tickets – users can purchase time passes: 2 hours, 3-day, 7-day, and 30-day passes. Users can buy and use QR codes e-tickets on the bus. Furthermore, users can view their purchase history and their travel history.

Contact us – users can send feedback, inquiry, or lost & found messages to the riyadh bus Customer Care team.

My account – users can edit their account information, including first name, last name and mobile number.

The app is available in both Arabic and English.
