Daily user.

Stay away. I’m glad our company has decided to replace this app soon. Lols good and clean cut put performance is terrible. This app needs good coders to go over it and it would be better. Times out while you are using it and doesn’t notify you then all you have entered in is gone. Completely. So get ready to: enter. Copy. Paste. enter repeat. It loads so slow it can’t complete many and it gets stuck. Look at how many updates they’ve done in 4 years. Few. So probably not going to get better. No auto populate on things you double enter either like cost and price. Get good coders to build these apps so they function smoothly and correctly.

I have to use this app daily for work and it’s painful. I’ve tried it on different devices and operating systems and it is unbearably slow. It always has a hard time switching between WiFi and cellar data. When you tap on an icon in the app it’s at minimum a 5sec delay until it does anything. I’ve tried on galaxy S9, iPhone 6plus, and my current work phone an iPhone 7. I really hope developers do something to resolve this terrible app and the mobile experience otherwise we will have to look elsewhere for property management software.

Our company uses this app- IT IS NOT USER FRIENDLY IT IS NOT!!!! Stay away. Too many steps for a simple task to be assigned. It’s a headache. Also- it glitches a lot
