Functional app

App is straightforward to use, and it’s always functioned fine for me. It is often a little bit slow to load, even on wifi. I also wish it had the ability to save drafts of claims. It’s frustrating to have to start over if time I have to exit the app to double check a detail.

Take 2 for Face ID

When I logged in it did not let me enable Face ID and I could not find that setting anywhere. But the next time I logged in just minutes later the app prompted me to use face ID.

Easy to use

With the direct deposit feature and ability to take pictures, reimbursement is very straight forward.
