3. *Admin Review*:
- The *super admin* can view the estimated time of all available mechanics.
- The admin selects and approves a mechanic's request based on availability and suitability.
- The admin contacts the customer manually and updates them with the mechanic’s details.

4. *Service Completion*:
- Once the mechanic completes the repair service, the *super admin* removes the completed inquiry from the database.

5. *Mechanic Data Management*:
- The super admin can view a list of all mechanics and their details for better service management.
