We're listening, and we love you.

We know that the new version of GAIN is missing some of the features you know & love, which is why we are working hard to bring them back, but better than ever.

Protocol Editing - you can now log weights and reps by touching 'Edit' in the top right hand corner. This will adjust the workout playback dynamically!

Easier Preview - You can now preview the workouts without downloading them!

We want to make sure we keep things clean and efficient, so stick with us (and keep working out!) while we continue to improve the GAIN app rapidly.

This release also features some design improvements, a few bug fixes, and speeds up workout loading.

As always, please send us your feedback.

Keep on keepin' on,

Best workout app, but sadly abandoned

I’ve tried most of the home workout apps out there and I like this one the best, the workouts are challenging, and the exercises are unique, hitting muscle groups that no other body weight workout has for me. I’ve been using it for going on 5 yrs, I’m just disappointed that the developer has abandoned it, because it’s barely usable now. The aspect ratio is locked to that of previous gen phones (ie. Smaller screens) and if you try to do anything else (check a text, invoke Siri, etc) while using it, the screen goes blank and you have to start the workout over

Like the workouts but can't pause

Like this app for when I'm traveling and need a quick hotel workout. Good variety and difficulty levels.

However, you can't pause and restart where you left off. And if I switch over to check something else on my phone it sometimes freezes up.

I don't like the upgrade :(

I can't wait to see how you bring back the GAIN plan because that's what I miss the most. The app is far too "streamlined" for my tastes. I hope the yoga app stays the same! It's looks really modern but it's almost too basic. I specifically paid for the app in order to get access to build plans. I'm broken hearted because I loved the app.
