This is about all that I can say about this company, and I have worked with them since the first month they started... And the truth is as a business owner that's exactly what I would look for in a company to do business with, perfect execution, they keep their word, they are on time, and they go over and above to make sure that the delivery is placed correctly even if it's difficult for them, and they have done this for my company samurai paver systems more times than I can count, I don't use anybody else.

We are a major installer of artificial turf in the Bay Area. One of our biggest expenses and difficulties is to get timely delivery of aggregate to keep our crews working.

I’ve shopped all the rockeries and larger aggregate providers and have only found a few who go out of their way to meet our needs.

When I was contacted by Marcelo to try out their service I thought they were crazy to offer same day service knowing that I have no one else who offers or provides it.

I put them through a proving period, asked for references who only had good things to say about them and so far they have passed every test we’ve put them through.

Construction isn’t a fine science and sometimes things don’t go as planned - it’s nice having the knowledge that if we need something on short notice Marcelo and Lucy do whatever it takes to take care of us.

We have used rockery for about six months now, and I won’t use anyone else. With the app you can literally order material for delivery within about 30 seconds. Whether you order 200 yards of topsoil or 5 yards of class to base, they can usually within a few hours on the same day. You can use the app to order material 24 hours a day, so I don’t have to wait till business hours to order material. Fantastic company with outstanding customer service.
