Who is this application for?

What kind of problems does the application solve?
• Monitoring your current health condition (before, after and during your workout).
• Drawing up an individual training plan.

How will RocketBody help you?
The application analyzes the data a fitness tracker received. RocketBody uses EKG monitoring to track the metabolic rate and analyze it over time. These data determine the best time for you to train. All this information is combined with previous EKG readings into a trend curve that shows the dynamics of metabolic change over time. RocketBody’s algorithms then define the dependence of your metabolism on the input data (e.g. calories spent during workouts and calories gained with food).
Choosing the best time for training increases efficiency and reduces the risk of injury. RocketBody's algorithms adjust your metabolism to your schedule and let you work out when your body’s performance capacity is at its peak.

The application can not only analyze information but also make predictions. The analysis of physical activity will help to make a precise forecast of an athlete’s recovery for the coming week.

RocketBody AI designs workouts and nutrition based on metabolism data and other factors (e.g. goal, HR/HRV, calories gained/spent, etc.). It pulls in your diet from HealthKit so that you could easily manage it in one app.

I love it

The problem with this app is that the same time I do an exercise of it it thinks I do a outdoor run of the same time and location. I hope they fix it that way It does not say I did double the work

A Neat and Interesting AI Companion

I happened to stumble upon this app and decided to give it a go upon reading that it uses Apple Watch 4’s ECG reading. Though skeptical at first due to how foreign this was to me, I have sent a copy of my ECG reading before, after, and in between workouts and I continue to be somewhat intrigued what it recommends to me: when I am ready, when it might be better to rest, and when I ought to consider staying put.

As of this post, I have not found any reason to remove this app from my phone and continue to want to play around with it. There is a subscription that goes along with this app that gives more. But without a subscription, you still are able to have this app’s AI read and interpret your ECG reading to tell you how ready you are for cardio and strength training.

I hope this helps someone out there. 🙂

Glitchy as F

Wow is this app trash. I downloaded because the promise of a workout app utilizing the ECG data sounded compelling. Too bad the workout aspect of the app is worst in class garbage. I initiated my first workout on the phone, then launched the companion watch app. About a minute past the warm up phase the phone app took a dive, but the watch kept going like things were still on. I reopened the phone app only to find that the workout had full on quit (despite the watch showing otherwise). No worries. I restarted a workout, which did continue on to the end, but this time the watch companion stayed locked at 4 minutes and 0 calories burned. Since the phone was still going, I figured my calorie data would get reported properly to HealthKit. It was not. The workout duration was reported, but showed 0 calories burned. Soooo - delete. And these guys have the nerve to ask for $120 per year. Ha! Try Beachbody On Demand (100’s of workouts at $99/year), or OpenFit, or any of the dozens and dozens of waaaaay more stable and put together workout apps.
