I’m genuinely curious why within the first few minutes you ask for access to local networks to make a profile is this some sort of analytics tool dropped in seems really unnecessary or maybe I don’t understand your business. Just genuinely curious because it’s pretty unusual and also there was a no message And I guess what would be the descriptionCurious, how many employees I took to make this as well and how long?I also noticed the constantly taking my pasteboard usually that’s some analytics package or something right another... most likely I am used thing that is shady perception. I download this on board my local network and you’re taking my paste board and... Some other things just saying could be done cleaner and curious if why you use the local networks api etc

If I could give this app “0” stars trust me I would. But unfortunately the lowest I could choose was “1” but just so we’re clear I’m mad I had to give it one star. This app is horrible, fees are insanely high. Higher than any other platform. Only a select few coins are available and not even the major coins either. Super sus length of time to send crypto. Can’t choose specific network when sending. They make it impossible to send your money to another wallet. To be honest I’m on here because one of my apps I use to do tasks to get free crypto had me do this as a task and I wish I never even attempted. The creator of this app needs to be banned from making any apps after this garbage. That being said, I seen a couple positive reviews before I started this. There isn’t any way anyone downloaded this app and said “wow, this is such a great app” whoever wrote the reviews was either the creator himself or relative. Seriously, you’ve been warned. ACH has never worked, even after validating my ID and bank info. I’ve tried a couple of banks now in case it’s the destination that’s the problem, but it’s got to be RockWallet at this point. They charge higher fees to buy (using a debit card) if you can’t use ACH, can’t transfer your own crypto off their platform without buying MORE crypto to fund the transaction (even though they don’t warn you about this when you’re buying it), and the way to get around this (sell directly and receive an ACH deposit) doesn’t work. I’ve been on their platform since March, was deeply unimpressed with their glacial pace at getting ACH operational for purchases, and decided to leave in July, but can’t get my money out because of the same ACH problem that made me want to get out in the first place. They are a scam, stay away!

Just to warn others, I have not a large sum of money in this app because I’m always very skeptical of these crypto wallets. I use several investment platform’s such as Robin Hood and a couple others I would highly recommend using over this shady app. I have been trying for 2 weeks to sell some of my crypto and they have no problem taking money out of my account but will not let me withdraw. I have multiple emails back and forth and they say it’s Plaid and not there problem. Unfortunately it is your problem you use them. I cannot even send my crypto to my other wallets. the send button will never light up allowing me the option to transfer to another wallet. So I will no longer be using Rock wallet and highly recommend others not to as well. Be warned whatever you put in you may never get back .
