RoomPlan allows you to manage your BnB bookings.

With our app you can manage the reservations of a small or medium tourist structure ( B&B, guest houses, villas, hotels) by managing your booking rooms and customer reservations by using your phone.

You will have the planning of reservations on hand, anytime, anywhere, and leave your paper cumbersome manual.

Customize and manage your bookings planner with rooms number, name and type, the service, the source host, the commercial channel from which the reservation comes.

It's safe because your information can be in your device but also in our server; the backup function allows to retrieve the data in case the device is lost or broken.

Think of what alternative would you if your agenda or notebook is lost or damaged! How you may retrieve the result of months of records, so important for your villas, hotels, bed and breakfast?

It gives you the possibility to automatically send an email to the host, directly from the phone or tablet.

And it's social as you can share reservations data with any collaborators in two ways:

1) You can send a PDF file with the planning of the reservations who do not have the application.
2) If the application is installed on more devices (you buy only once) with the synchronization function, using the functions of Save Backup and Restore Backup.

You can use RoomPlan App alone or even with our property management software RoomPlanOnline, that allows you to manage your calendar using your PC. Will be enough a few clicks to access from your PC to the data that you've saved on the Tablet or Smartphone.

RoomPlan also has a very simple system to study your hotel performance. Enter only the period that interests you and get business statistics and ratios in a few seconds. It analyzes the management and improve your results.

Services and functions using our server (backup, synchronization, sending a PDF, sending the confirmation email to the customer) are free for a limited time. The costs of running the server oblige us to request a small fee.

Good idea, reoccurring subscription needed

I like a lot of things about this app. Being able to color code reservations, naming rooms what I wish, ability to move a reservation from date to date, and the auto confirmation emails (if you have subscription only I believe).

The few things I don't like are annoying but not a "deal breaker". For example, if you have a guest renting more than one room you have to do each room separately - there is no way to do multiple rooms at a time. (Very annoying when we are blocking off for large parties.) I wish there was a way to have a new reservation go to multiple devices rather than have to run a backup on the device that made the reservation and then run a restore on the other devices (but it's usually a fairly quick task and allows every device to have the latest reservation list). Also, I'm in the USA and the company is, I believe, in Europe so there are some "required" pieces of guest info that I care nothing about and wish I could skip to save time but it's impossible. Lastly, we word things slightly differently here in the US that make the auto confirmations a little odd, but still usable for sure (you can customize some things but not all). Those were my biggest complaints.

Then I got a notice that my license had expired. I contacted the company confused because I was never told it was a reoccurring subscription when I bought the app about two months ago. They wrote back explaining I could continue to use it with any server functions (no saving, backups, multiple device compatibly, etc.) - pretty much I could have the lite app indefinitely with my original purchase price. That is frustrating. Of course I want to backup our guest list; of course I want to have our devices have the same guest info and up to date availabilities.

In the past four days, since my license has expired (and I'm slowly getting one answer at a time responses from customer service), I have only been able to get the app to work once. Not sure if it's because of the lack of subscription or coincidence. -Either way it's left me searching for a new app/software.

Good idea but at this point not worth the continual money ESPECIALLY given the lack of tailoring and now unpredictably.

No contact

I have found no way to get a hold of anyone from this company. I inadvertently purchased this app twice and discovered there was no way to undo it. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company to drop the whole purchase. The product may be good, but with no tutorial that I could find, and no one to reach out to for assistance, makes me suspicious and uncomfortable toward the whole company . I did receive some Emails about the purchase and attempted contact, but no one has responded.

Don't know what I would do without this app.

We recently purchased a 6-unit B&B. We have used this app for two months now, and couldn't be happier. All of our employees have access to bookings and information directly on their phones, and I can even email confirmations directly from my phone when taking a booking. I also had the initializing problem, but emailed the developer at the address listed on their website, and they answered within minutes and fixed the issue. Our business would not be the same without this app.
