Roosters MGC 4+

I’ve been to 2 different appointments within the last 2 months.
They do not have a record of my appointment, yet I get a confirmation email and notification in the app that my appointment is fully booked and active.

The salon is always overbooked.
For this high price of a haircut, My time & money can be used elsewhere.

I haven’t even used the app yet, regardless Roosters is one of better barbers in the DMV. After moving out west for college, I discovered there’re hardly any great barbers in the DMV; However all of the morons crying about the app or saying the app gives Roosters a bad look, that is not the case! Your whining gives people from the DMV a bad look. They cut great hair. The end. The app is a perk. Go to some corporate giant for your haircut, like Great Clips. I’m sure their app is great but you know their service is terrible.

I have been the full site versions and recently moved to the iOS version of the app. I am not able to login using my FB login. It just redirects to a blank page. If at all I'm able to login I cannot provide the experience of this app..so sad..will the developers take a serious look at it???
