I want to like this, but…. (Updated!)

Prior review below. Happy to report the app has worked well the last few visits! It looks like they’ve worked out the kinks - glad they stuck with it.

….it just doesn’t work like it is supposed to. No matter which credit card I register, the app just doesn’t pick up my purchase, so no credit is applied. I have to request receipts and upload copies which is kind or a paid. The old app worked great. I preferred paying with the app barcode directly. I would increase my rating to 5 stars if the app worked properly.

Long time Roti fan

Roti has consistently been one of my favorite fast casual eating options for years. Always great food with many healthy options and so many ways to customize your dish. Highly recommend!

Very inconsistent

As noted on other reviews, the update to a new platform has resulted in inconsistent user experience. Every time I use the app lately, I have to re-enter customized meals several times before they’re reflected accurately in the cart. Sometimes one of the mains is wrong, most recently an entire customized bowl was replaced by a duplicate of the previously-entered salad.

Then today the card processing was down *again*.

The last time the app had a catastrophic failure, they offered a credit to be used through the app as a one-time “thank you for putting up with us”. I clicked on it … and the app didn’t work again, so the credit was lost. 🙄
