Description
Round Rock Rides is the City of Round Rock’s new on-demand rideshare service, offering low-cost trips to a convenient location within blocks of your destination or to connect you with the City’s fixed route bus service. Once you book a ride, you’ll receive a time of arrival and your pickup location. This app can also be used for registered paratransit customers to request curb-to-curb service. Please note this rideshare service is only available in a prescribed zone within Round Rock city limits at this time. For more information on fares, service area, information for individuals with disabilities and operating times, visit http://roundrocktexas.gov/transit .

Accessibility
With the new iOS and app updates this app has become almost completely inaccessible. My screen reader (Voiceover) will no longer read most of the app. It will tell me that there are different buttons I can click on, but it doesn’t tell me what they say, I can’t read pick up or drop off addresses, I can’t read times, and I can’t see driver information. Pretty much the only thing I can read on this app now is what time my ride will arrive. It’s the same problem with the website. I can’t even report the issue because when I open the “report a problem” page all I get is “page not found”.
Why isn’t this service available for everyone in Round Rock!
I live in the city of Round Rock. I pay Round Rock city taxes. Why isn’t my neighborhood included!
Great Service
This service is so great. It comes in handy when you need it. I love this service. Make sure you know where the pick up locations are before you submit for a pickup, they do have designated locations for pickup and drop off but amazing service. Highly recommend it. Round Rock Rules!
