RouteIQ - Mileage Tracker 4+

Great app. Keeps simple records of your car events that you can’t remember. Gives useful data about fuel consumption. This was the easiest app to get going. Works okay as-is, I opted to upgrade to the basic to add a few more descriptions, only a few bucks and worth it.
Best is the filter on events. I add service events with multiple things done like oil change, oil filter, rotate tires, etc. then when you want to see when your last oil change was, apply the filter to list of all events and it not only shows you the last but any and every event with an oil change. Makes it really easy to see when, where and what was done. Keeps costs too and totals reports by month and year with averages. May seem silly, but over time this becomes more useful data.
I’m just having fun entering every refuel to see how my vehicle is preforming and also watch fuel prices over time.
Has many other features.
I really found the layout very easy to read and understand how to use. Great app.

I really like the layout and functions of this app. Has not crashed on my updated 3GS. The only reason that I giving it 4/5 stars is that the way it calculates mpg per tank is off. Instead of taking the milage you obtained since the last fill up divided by the gallons you just pumped in to full tank (which is the best estimate of consumed gas for the milage you drove) the app takes the milage since last fill up divided by the amount of gas you pumped in previously. If you have the app this should make sense as you never get the mpg from you latest fill up. The app would be more accurate in my opinion if mpg was calculated the way described first as the fuel level sensor is not nearly as accurate as the gas pump auto turnoff sensor. Otherwise great app and tracking tool, maybe a mpg calc fix in the near future?

A great app for tracking your fuelings and servicing your vehicles. If you want to monitor your expenses on gas or your MPG this is the app for you. With the 2.0 update the graphs are and information displayed is even more in-depth. Great work from the App Cubby team at making this a tremendous app.

Suggestions

- A CSV download option if I'd like to pull my data out of the app (either through the app itself or a web interface since the app is syncing data to your servers)
- Google Spreadsheet integration (in addition or as an alternative to the CSV download, the ability to send the data to a Google Spreadsheet file or to sync with it as a way to reduce the overhead of backing up data to the App Cubby system)
- Maintenance schedule (listing the items that are due next to be up for service)
