Description
RPU Connect is a full featured application aimed at enhancing the customer experience by offering a rich set of functionalities. Customers can now view and pay their bill, monitor usage, update customer information, view and report electrical outages, learn about rebates and programs, view locations of Electric Vehicle chargers, and much more from the convenience of a single application.

Needs work
App is sluggish to load many of the tabs. Not near ready for solar, which I have and it creates more problems here. Solar tab doesn’t load anything, usually just freezes and crashes the app. Graphs for energy use skipped January. Most other months show energy use being solar energy produced minus energy purchased whether that number is positive or negative it graphs as energy used even if it’s energy sold, so the math is messed up. Also it doesn’t count self consumption with solar though they have all the meter info to get this right. Companion website isn’t any smarter with the actual energy used, but actually list what was produced.
Better than mail
This app only works in portrait mode. It requires lots of redundant tapping to clear messages. It won’t let you update credit cards. You have to enter new card information. Once everything is working, it’s great, but I would still like to be able to use my tablet in landscape mode not portrait.
Deleted
Please go back to the drawing board with this app. In fact, do that with your website as well. Just an awful, clunky, confusing experience all around. Took me 20 minutes to figure out how to update my main credit card for auto pay, which was recently replaced - and ironically, I couldn’t even complete that task through the app.
