Outstanding service

Prompt pick up , highly recommended service from vehicle being clean to driver ,customer service and from pick up to drop off 👌👌👌👌👌👌

The app was unrealiable

1. Whenever I chose credit card payment option, I always ended up paying cash to the driver as the card never got deducted.
2. The driver chose to ignore the confirmed pick up, after 5 minutes, and he asked me to cancel the ride which I had to pay for, I also had to wait for him. Even though I stated in the app that the driver wasn’t responding. Obviously not my fault, but the driver’s but I still got charged the cancellation fee, there is no option in the app to solve this problem. Why was this cancellation fee able to be charged on my card and not the normal payment? And why did I have to pay for the cancellation fee when it wasn’t my fault? 3. The call center of RSL never picked up the phone.
