The worst app / embarrassing
I cannot believe that this big of a bank would have such a bad and glitchy app. I tried using it on two iphones. An older iphone and a newer iphone and none of them work. Oh and did I mention that it is the most annoying app I have ever used? But who cares, it’s just an app for corporate clients depositing tens of thousands of dollars. Why would the bank care?
Crash after crash
One of the worst apps I've ever used. Some days you get lucky and can deposit company checks. The other days though? Good luck. It crashes all the other times while depositing, logs me out claiming I'm signed in elsewhere (which I am clearly not), other times it doesn't register checks correctly.
It’s rather surprising that a bank of this size putts out such a bad app. Why am I being asked to log onto my computer to change the password every few months? Figure out how to do it in the app. It’s possible to do it. And don’t hide behind “for security reasons” as an excuse for poor product design.
