Great Bank. Decent App.
I agree with some of the comments as far as improvements to be made to the app, and I hope they do get made ASAP, but the app is not THAT bad as-is. It’s a 4-star app. I’ve suffered through much worse bank apps.
So developers - please implement the input from the others here and earn a 5-star review from me.
Mobile check deposit doesn’t work
Please remove the vibrate function from the mobile check deposit when taking a photo of a check. Having the whole phone vibrate while taking a photo of the check causes the check image to be blurry which then causes the app to provide an error message which then blocks the actual function of depositing a check. This is highly inconvenient and I have spent about 20 minutes trying to deposit one check without any luck.

Thank you for reaching out to us to provide your feedback. We appreciate your comments as they help us to improve our app over time. Unfortunately, the vibrate function is related to the Haptic Feedback on iPhone and is something we are unable to modify as it is related to the operating system of the mobile device. If you want to turn off the Haptic Feedback on your device, you can do so within the System Settings on your device. Still, I will pass along your comments to our development team so that we can look for ways to enhance this feature with a future update.
I have been with the bank for 6 years and as an entrepreneur and even for my personal the bank delivers in all areas and is unlike any bank I have ever worked with over the past 25 years. Hands down the best bank in all ways. The app is super helpful and efficient. Thank you FRB!
