Ruby 2.0 Virtual Receptionists 4+

New CEO ruined this service with version 2.0

My company has used Ruby for over 5 years. There were times when receptionists made errors in call routing, but mostly it was successful. The new app rollout was a disaster and whichever engineering team was in charge of quality assurance should be terminated.
We’ll keep the service for now, but will be looking for a better solution.

Awful

I don’t know what happen with Ruby I’ve been a customer for over five years. Ever since they switch to Ruby 2.0 things have been horrible for me. I pay them a lot of money every month and still get crappy service. I’ve called them over seven times to report problems with their app and their technical service. I have not received any phone calls back. It’s too bad they used to be a great company. I am at my wits end with their service and their app. If you’re looking for a receptionist company, look somewhere else.

Ruby Success

We use Ruby to manage our calls for two businesses. Items been a delightful experience and they are always willing to work with us to figure out any plan modifications to fit our budget.
