Ruby is amazing. They have made my life easy by taking over my incoming calls.They are professional, consistent and follow the instructions to a Tee. Well worth the money. The app has a few bugs here and there but doesn’t take away from the top tier service they provide.

The Ruby 2.0 app is frustratingly slow, unreliable, and seems stuck in time—literally. There haven’t been any meaningful updates in over a year, and it shows. Messages lag, call logs take forever to load, and push notifications often fail. It feels like a hybrid app that was never optimized for real business use.If you rely on Ruby for real-time communication with customers, this app will slow you down and hurt your responsiveness. Until they actually fix it—or release a native rebuild—avoid at all costs.

The service is okay, not great but also not too expensive. The iOS app and the website app though are truly horrific. I’ve seen 14-year old coders build a more coherent and functional platform. Like other commenters have said, I’ve complained for years about the technology but Ruby, for all their endless “happy talk”, doesn’t care and have never addressed the problems plaguing their platform. I’m looking for a new service where I can actually log in to see and manage my messages. I recommend you do as well.
