A huge time saver for solo entrepreneurs
I just started freelancing six months ago and there is so much to learn. So happy I found RubyMoney to help me with at least one part of my business - taxes and retirement.
RubyMoney sets aside money I owe in taxes for me! Before this app I didn’t know anything about S-corp or LLC taxes or how they worked, since I was a full time employee before starting freelancing. RubyMoney made the transition so much smoother for me and completely automated the entire process.
I’m also really excited for other features the app is adding to help with taxes and retirement planning.
A must have for taxes and retirement!
As a business of one, I quickly realized my time was better spent working with clients on hard problems than it was on managing my business finances. I would dread tax time because I worried I’d forgotten to do something or miscalculated what I owed—and I was in it alone. That’s why I love how simple Ruby Money has made it to manage this aspect of my business. Paying taxes takes less than a minute (really!) and I feel so much more confident doing it. Plus, I’ve even started saving more for retirement. Can’t recommend this app more!
Takes the guesswork out of taxes and retirement
I have been using Ruby Money for a couple months now and it is an amazing feeling to see the money I’ve set aside for retirement and quarterly taxes grow. Before finding this app, I was trying to figure out what I owed to quarterly taxes myself and honestly kind of ignoring my retirement account. I set the app up and it only took like five minutes and now it’s doing all the work for me. Would totally recommend to any freelancers trying to get a handle on their money!
