Pretty good but few sharp edges
Pretty fun casual game. There is a very frustrating situation where two druids can gain regen so rapidly that it isn’t possible for the match to end. In this case the only option is to quit the app and then abandon the entire run.
Developed to make you spend money
This game would be great if it weren’t for the clear and obvious mechanisms generating forced losses whenever you approach a big achievement (and a big amount of gold to get new characters with). This unfortunately is only one among many examples of ways with which the developers push their players toward a purchase at the cost of what could be fun and engaging gameplay. Other auto battlers suffer similar issues, but they don’t outright alter your chances at winning or losing for the sake of a few bucks. Until this game finds a way to monetize without locking 75% of its content behind a faux F2P model that’s actually P2W, I don’t think it’s worth playing over the various other, less greedy auto battler apps on the App Store.

Fantastic game
This game is a hidden gem! It’s been a blast so far. There are unlockable items and characters. I’ve done a few runs now and they all feel different which I am happy about. Also one of the starter classes is poison/regen based which I think is fun. Definitely give it a try if you enjoy games similar to backpack hero
