I’m quite happy to be surprised by how well done this game is. It shows the realistic challenge of building up a service based business from the ground up. My criticism comes, sadly, from the part that I downloaded this app for, the cleaning. If I’m being nitpicky, the sounds aren’t fully accurate to what they sound like in real life or on Mountain Rug Cleaning videos. Everything sounds a bit more high pitched and just not quite there. Now the main critique. Having enjoyed the rug cleaning videos from this lovely creator for years now, I have some inkling of how many times that each of these cycles happens. You know, shampoo, scrub, rinse, repeat. I wish that that aspect of rug cleaning was in this game to really hammer home for people the amount of work that it takes to clean rugs in this condition. I understand that some people might not want the tediousness of that, but to me, that’s the biggest thing. It is very difficult and hard work to clean these rugs and I just wish that that was illustrated more. That being said, I am definitely going to keep playing this game. Happy cleaning!

I love the game already and of course I’m always down to help with improvement. The only problem I ran into so far was the ads. They don’t seem to work. I tried to watch ad just for trial purposes because I know some new apps have that problem so I’m glad I did it. When I click watch ad to either gain 2x the coins or just to gain the 1000 coins from the store the app doesn’t necessarily freeze but the other buttons just stop working for me. Other than that, the game is exactly what I expected☺️ Love the sounds and love the tools. Gonna be playing this for ages!!!!

I was so looking forward to this game, but it is so glitchy and hard to play. The levels don’t always finish, but when they do, there’s no button to return to the home screen, and it stays frozen on the RP. It won’t let you play videos for extra coins, it won’t let you select just a regular amount of coins, you’re stuck. I couldn’t even finish the tutorial because it froze before the end of the actual rug cleaning. It also feels like a huge money grab. The tutorial alone takes over 1000 coins away from you, and you only start with 5000. Then you have to constantly buy new soaps, upgrade your amount of water, etc. I’m not gonna constantly be spending real life money to buy coins to buy stuff at the shop. It’s a rip off. I’m going to delete the game. What a disappointment.

The reward ads (like 2x coins) were designed to support development while still giving players the option to enjoy the full experience without spending money.
