Running Java Script

I have a new i13 phone! Anyone who has one of these when the seller sends it to you through the mail they do not give you complete instructions on how to enable your phone to work properly. Finally after four days, getting one of my grandchildren who has a degree in nuclear science to help me. Your new phone has to sync with your old phone!I am not a “dumb” person. However the people from the phoneSupplier, said all I had to do was take the Sim card out of my old phone and place it into the note!! WRONG!!
Long story short, very long story short! I do not have all of the things that usually go with your phone!
Java script is one and it is very important that I have it!
Once again I am attempting to download it onto my phone. Just saying needed to vent! I hope it works this time because many many entities involve and coincide with having JavaScript!

Won’t work with shortcuts

Your supposed to use Run Java Script with shortcuts for Watermark for your photos, but it will not work and just gives me a blank page.
