We are a team of running enthusiasts, coaches and elite runners based in the Alps. We love running on track, road and trail.

• Guillaume Adam is the co-author of a scientific publication at MIT (Boston) on running performance predictions. He finished in the top 50 at the 2023 New York Marathon, and has had a stellar career on the track, including a sub-4 minute mile.

As a certified coach, he has developed the Artificial Intelligence (AI) that generates your adaptive training plan.

• Romain Adam is an expert in startup development and also a keen runner, having completed the UTMB in less than 30 hours and a marathon in 2:32. He has run more than 10 marathons and uses the RunMotion Coach marathon training plans to prepare.

RunMotion Coach is the official online coach for the UTMB® World Series, inclusive of the main trail running circuit and many amazing global events ranging from 5k to marathon distance.

Great coaching for trail runners

Have followed plan for last three months and my V02 max is up, I’m faster and I can climb long verticals that I used to have to walk/run. I also like the straightforward algorithmic coaching that gives me a good mix of workouts and targets without the overhead of more expensive of coaching services.

Going premium is the key!!!

I really like the app, but if you don’t pay for premium access, you can’t access most of the information or conversations.

Hello Rio, thanks for your review, we are happy to see that you like the app. Sure you get more tips with the Premium access but you still get the workout descriptions in the Free version. We are a team of 5, and we work very hard on the app. The Premium version is the only way for us to get revenue and to continue to develop the app. A one year subscription is often cheaper than a marathon registration. It’s overpriced and not very good either.

The app is okay if you only use it for running, but it’s useless for anything else. Even for running i would not use it is not that good.
