RSO is the best training program for runners! Created by Physical Therapists (who happen to be runners), it is the most comprehensive program out there. I’ve used the plan since 2013 when I became injured training for a marathon. Ever since then, I’ve limited my running related injuries, gained strength, lost weight and best yet PR’d my marathon finish time by 18 minutes!
This is the first iteration of the app so be patient while they work out the bugs. RSO is extremely responsive to its members, and have big plans already for upgrades. I can’t say enough great things about RSO. They’ve helped me keep the ability to run into my 50’s. Download this app if you want to stay healthy as a runner!
RSO is the best ever!
I am n runner who always spent more time in the PT office than on the road. Always got injured, IT band, acchilles tendonitis, runners knee, groin injury, foot drop, you name it, I had it. I always blamed my scoliosis! I mean, if your spine is not straight, how much stronger core would you need to keep on running up straight when running for 3 or more hours! I did all the core workouts I could lay my hands on... it helped but nonetheless, still ended up injured. My back is pretty bad. 3 more degrees and I had to wear a brace! Then I discovered RSO! Since doing this, not 1 injury! Running 15 miles now is no longer stressful for me. I am
finally enjoying the sport that I love!

I have been running for the largest part of my life and simply believed I was going to continue running till my legs just couldn’t carry me anymore.
To my surprise and dismay, that day came a whole lot sooner than I anticipated and younger than when I really wanted to stop.
