Runza‪®‬ 4+

I am unable to create an account on the app. I keep getting an error message that states: “Error, The parameters of your request were invalid.” I’ve tried 2 different emails and everything else was entered correctly. I don’t know what else it could be. Please help. I love your guys food and would love to be able to use this app. Thanks.

Some people are just mad that they don’t understand technology. The app works great and if you need help just ask someone that knows technology better than you. Simple. Very happy with the app, it’s awesome!!

First off, I love Runza. I’m a longtime fan and a frequent customer. Great food, great service, and I love that it’s ours. That it’s local.

As for the app, it’s actually pretty good. Except for the fact that you can’t pickup your order in the drive-thru. Something that’s incredibly common in other apps of the fast food variety.

When asked about the lack of a drive-thru option they said this:

“With our frequent long drive thru lines, ordering on the app prior to arriving at the store and grabbing the order from the front counter is the best way we can help customers save time. If you prefer staying in the car, using the normal drive thru lane ordering process and scanning your phone at the window to earn points works great as well.

I’m not asking Runza to save time, I’m asking them for convenience. Kind of the thing an app is all about.
