Different than others
I actually find this user-friendly in its own way compared to Postmates, UberEats, and DoorDash. Love that they provide all the immediate information (hours, location, delivery info, number, and website) all on one page. Like I said, it’s definitely different from other delivery apps because this is as if you’re searching up additional (but important) information on Google. Overall, I love their interface- very easy on the eyes.
As for delivery wise, all I have to say is awesome! I typically don’t write reviews unless I am awed or impressed so... you did it, RushOrder.
I have a love/hate relationship with RushOrder. The pros: better food options than other delivery apps. They always get your order right. They even read the special requests and make sure everything you’ve listed is in the order. Delivery time is super fast. Most I’ve waited was 40 minutes. And the delivery guys never complain about not being able to find parking— they make it to your front door. The ONE thing I absolutely hate is that their menu prices are much higher than the actual restaurant’s prices— 3-5 dollars. That including their 4 to sometimes 8 dollar delivery charge really racks up the bill. Also their promo codes are nearly nonexistent. Why do I keep ordering from them? They’re reliable, fast, and convenient. I primarily use this app to order food for my tech inept parents. I know the food will make it to their door without any problems.
Most customer friendly food delivery in town
These guys are great. I love how fast and responsive they are. My biggest problem with other services besides forgetting items is they don’t reliably read the comments. These guys do! In fact, they text me whenever they notice special comments to acknowledge they’ve seen them. I’ve never had a wrong order and love this service and the people behind it.
