This app provides a smooth experience for all interactions with my local pharmacy. Requesting a refill is easy, the secure messaging feature allows quick communication with the pharmacy without calling, and medication reminders is a nice extra feature. The app is well designed and easy to navigate. I would highly recommend finding a local pharmacy that uses this app. Local pharmacies are consistently a better experience than any chain!

I can’t find a help desk email, text or phone information so that’s why I am writing a review. Help! My pharmacy has no idea why we cannot see our meds in the app. This has been going on for 1 to 2 months. After talking to the pharmacy I discovered it was many of their clients having the same problem.

Unfortunately, my pharmacy has decided to partner with Rx local. The app rarely works. When trying to login, It just sits there trying to load. I’ve deleted the app and installed again, but nothing works. Trying to access this information online is not the same as the app. You’re unable to see what prescriptions are ready for pick up. My plan is to uninstall the app and just deal with the pharmacy directly the old fashion way, by just calling them. The app is junk.

Bouncing pill issue definitely is not fixed in this update. This app clears prescriptions from view when they expire or run out of refills. This makes it difficult for the patient to remember which medications they need to call their doctor to get refilled, especially if they are on several medications. Frequently have difficulty submitting refills if I choose anything other than refill asap.

It’s a seriously bad app. If you can login and that’s a big if, you’ll struggle to do most things most of the time. It actually worked better about 2 years ago, at least for me, but better was still terrible. My guess is it doesn’t matter how many terrible reviews there are, there’s no impetus to fix it when insurance companies will keep paying pharmacies- it’s not like we get to choose to use a different app. But if you can, choose different

It is unstable most of the time but workable. I just got the error and since you just fixed the unknown error which keeps the app from loading. I’m assuming that since you fixed it for some, you then messed it up for others. I will try uninstalling and reinstalling. What a pain since now I’ll probably have to come up with yet another new password since it signs me out frequently as well.
