Now you can use your iOS device to request prescription refills at pharmacies using the RxRefill4U application. Have your prescriptions ready for you without having to visit or call the pharmacy. You can also view your prescription's education info right on your phone. The pharmacy's information will also be available through this application, even if you currently don't have data. Internet connection is required to submit refill requests or view education info. For this application to work, your pharmacy must use software from Foundation Systems, Inc. and be a subscriber to our RxRefill4U service. The pharmacy will then have a 1-4 digit code that you'll enter into this application. Please note: You cannot transfer prescriptions from one pharmacy to another using this application unless the two locations are part of the same chain and the pharmacy allows transfers. * All logos are trademarks of their respective companies.
