With RyderDrive, we are revolutionizing the way we record and communicate the massive amounts of data that are shared between our drivers, location managers, Ryder hubs, customers, and regulating agencies every day. By automating and digitizing this information, RyderDrive enables higher accuracy of data while driving efficiency in our operations, as well as improving the experience for our drivers.
The app enables all driver centric communication around dispatch, in-transit collaboration, delivery execution, and trip completion. In addition to driver communication, RyderDrive allows for document management critical to the driver for seamless communication to the operations.

Error
I cannot see my loads information and cannot scan my paperwork at the ends of my trip. Because I need complete the TODO Section first in order to see my loads information. But when I try do the questionnaire. I received this message.
“ This feature isn’t supported in this version of the apps. Please updated to the newest version. “. I currently have the newest version. No other update available.
Long haul driver27
I have been using Jill tab in RyderDrive for about four years now and I liked it up until the most recent update. After I downloaded the most recent update through the RyderDrive and Geotab Drive app in the menu, they took out the option for me to print my logs which I have relied on for years so now I have no way to print my logs at all. That was a very poor mistake that Ryder Drive and chill tab made with the most recent update in 2022 back in November that feature to give me the option to print my logs needs to be in there that is a DOT violation to not have that in there to give me the option to print my logs so I can keep records of my logs in the truck for the last seven days each week because of this most recent update in RyderDrive taking away the option to print my logs I am not very happy with them, or with the apps. I ask that both RyderDrive and Geotab Drive put together an update ASAP. That brings back the option for me to print my logs whenever I want then I will be more happy to use this app. Otherwise I hate it and I don’t recommend anybody else use it until that update is added to give me the option to print my logs. Tell that happens I will give a bad review every time..
Most user friendly drivers app I’ve ever used
Thank you Ryder, as usual, for making something so user friendly for your drivers. This app has everything in one place. HOS, loads, messages…even training!
