This app does not work, I would give 0 stars if I could. I bought several tickets and all of them did not work when scanned on the bus. We were lucky that one bus driver allowed us in but another almost did not allow us on the last bus of the day, despite re-buying the tickets on the app in front of him. Thankfully a kind stranger gave us cash to pay for the fare. If you are traveling to the Dolomites, bring cash for your bus fares!!

Only good for seeing bus and train time tables, if you are a local with a südtirol pass, good luck it’s horrible trying to do anything and you can’t get help online just so stupid you can’t even redet your password like who can’t even design a website correctly

you have to be within the area/region that it covers in order for you to properly buy a ticket but most buses have contactless anyway so i dont see the absolute need. the times and updates are live and on time 75% of the times

Error has existed for several days. App is up-to-date, on iOS. This should be a priority 1 fix, but as far as I can tell, the development doesn’t seem to be aware or care.

Bought the tickets through the app but after the while, the app can’t connect to the server so the tickets bought can’t be found. Tried for a few hours and had to rebuy the tickets. Such an impractical app.
