Deleted Portfolio

I created a few NFT’s after signing up. Recently S!NG was down due to high demand according to the CEO email I would get when trying to login. It seems like they fixed the login issue except that they didn’t. I had to re create my profile which I don’t know why since it’s the same email I used to create it the first time. Upon finishing the profile I noticed my NFT’s were no longer in my portfolio, so know I have to recreate them. It’s not a big deal at this moment, but I can see this being an issue if someone else creates the same NFT, but now that mine was deleted they technically would have proof that they created it before me.

Hi Maura. Your NFTs are still safe and in our system. Due to system changes, some are having trouble viewing them. Can you email me at geoff@sing-inc.com and I can sort this out for you? -Geoff

So, your app is crazy. I get an email from your iOS app that takes me to the web and doesn’t return me to the app or let me login. I can login and upload stuff but there’s no security protocols in place. 🙃🙃🙃

Any ding dong who gets into my emails could hack this thing. I actually am concerned that there is a security flaw that could have opened my phone up to something? If you can’t get this thing to work at the moment at least state so somewhere so iOS users aren’t complaining, like I’m doing right now.

Work in progress, I get it (UPDATED)

This inspired new app is obviously a work in progress. Hoping for great things.

UPDATE: Stuck in sync still. Now I have 2 uploads with that issue. Can we get a “cancel” or “delete” button?

Right now I have an issue with one of my creations stuck in “sync” while 3 others uploaded and synced just fine. I’ve tried but can’t seem to delete the errant stuck piece. Maybe I’m missing something? Hopefully the next update will iron out this issue and bring more features.

Hey Geoffrey (gotta admire that you spell your name correctly, btw). Thank you - sincerely - for the constructive feedback. We have the login issue sorted and are back up and running. The 'stuck syncing' error is a known bug and an annoying one at that. We're working on it.
