Description
The SA MOVE app is designed to deliver our custom elite training programs to users outside of our physical locations. Pre-approved authorized users will be able to access the same elite training programs and methodology that we use with some of the top sport athletes in the world.
Our training programs have been curated, tested, and proven within our world class 96,000 square foot facility in Southern California. SA MOVE not only focuses on delivering physical training programs based on your needs, it also includes cognitive training protocols to increase ones decision making, cognitive reaction speed, mental endurance, and much more.
Our ability to deliver both physical and cognitive performance protocols sets SA MOVE apart from other general fitness apps.
