Serious Issues, can’t move past confirming identity
I am not sure what took place in the new update. The request to confirm my identity by text or phone is not working. I cannot login. Reached out for assistance hopefully someone can get this fixed ASAP.
Quick view stopped working
Since you can’t stay logged into the app, which is great for security purposes, the only two things I use the app for are balance quick view without logging in and occasionally logging in for mobile check deposits. The balance quick view stopped working entirely about 2 weeks ago and about a month ago I tried mobile check deposit it worked worse than it did 2-3 years ago. It was very difficult for the camera to capture the check properly, even with good lighting.
Love the bank. Not thrilled with the App
Can’t pull up my bank statements except on app. Went to the app, can pull them up. But can’t print it! Can’t save because it just ends up as a blank file. Must have a non Apple product to get my bank statements and print them. Never had this issue until the last few months. Not user friendly for Apple users!!
