Sacred Acoustics 12+

I purchased most of the available tracks and I have used them all and use a few of them very often. I use them to meditate, I use them for ambient sounds during prayer, and I use the sleep ones for quick naps or to fall asleep when it’s difficult to sleep on my own. I’ve discovered more recently the “wake up” track in the deep sleep module. If I wake up very groggy or feeling like I can’t get out of bed, I do deep breathing with pranayama alternating nostrils and 10 minutes later I am very alert and feeling good. When we are daily bombarded with so many unnatural environmental stresses and forces, and are surrounded with technologies which compromise our bodies and minds and which the human has not had time to evolve or adapt to, it is very hard to withstand these by purely independent natural means. I feel like I have a tool that powers up my own inner bio-technology to my benefit and be prepared to stand taller and healthier and more clearheaded in a very staticky world. While I am able to achieve deep meditative states as a Zen practitioner, this technology can bring me into a state that would require me to be on retreat for several days within just a few minutes, so it also helps with the time demands of modern living.

I’ve had the Sacred Acoustics recordings on my computer for a few years and didn’t use them much. But with the availability of the app- I use them everyday, with marked results! I am a Massage Therapist and play the recordings for clients during sessions.. and it’s taken them to new levels of therapeutic results! They verbalize how session has taken them to relaxation they didn’t think was possible. And I use the recordings personally in my meditation practice. I’ve meditated for years, and on the first use of the recordings, went to a deepness I've never achieved before.. and the results show up in my “waking” life too.. I don’t react to things that would normally bother me.. that’s been a very pleasant side effect. Get these recordings. Use them!

You’ll notice that there are some people complaining about the app crashing. I had the same problem, and so I left the Sacred Acoustics people a nasty little message. About 20-30 minutes later, they actually called me (I left my phone number) and explained that there had been a problem but that it was fixed. So, with the app developer on the phone with me, I deleted my app and opened up a new one.

Final Result: Everything is back to normal, and I have full use of my meditations. They really are very cool.

Once you re-open the new app, go to settings (at the bottom) and choose the option for resetting your purchases - really simple. Then go to the meditations page and you’ll be able to re-download any of your past purchases.

Can’t wait to use the Om 2 tonight! Maybe I won’t be so uptight, afterwards!
