Worked now my account doesn’t exist

The app worked ok for a month then all of a sudden my account doesn’t exist and I can’t log in and I have no control of my gate. The receiver can’t even transfer to another account with approval from the account that doesn’t exist now

Doesn’t recognize wifi networks

When trying to connect a device to wifi, the app doesn’t recognize the wifi I’m on so doesn’t let to complete the process. The device I bought (RF converter V3) is useless without the app working

The app does not allow the device to connect to the local network (error message “connection failed”).

This makes the app and the device totally useless.
