Who am I talking to?

I used this app several months ago, and was really disappointed. I wanted to get help and talk about something that happened with my friend, so I did the chat and submitted a “tip”. The “person” I was talking to on the chat was rude and unprofessional. It seemed like I was talking to a kid, they way they were saying things. They were saying things like “oh well,” and “yeah you shouldn’t have done that” but never showed any sympathy for my situation. It took them a long time to answer me back too. Who are these people we are talking to anyway? School makes it seem like this app is so great but I did not have a good experience.

Utah 13 news reported that all Utah should download this app due to Florida school shooting because April is too be the month we honor the kids who lost their life by uploading our stories of acts of kindness I obviously downloaded the app started filling in details but was met immediately with the question what school was I in or what school was my child in . I’m neither student or have a student ,I re watched news article and definitely newscaster said everyone. So developers can y’all please help

Re review I have since received a response to my concerns and have downloaded this app again I hope that the response helps encourage others out there with no children to join . Thank you team for your response.

Hello kerrrie,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Your feedback is appreciated! We would love everyone to use the app, feel free to use the "parent" feature. Schools do not need to be attached in order to chat with a master's level licensed clinician. Hope this helps!

Annyeonghaseyo everyone! So far this app is really good,I have some friends that I’m in a friendship and they always threaten they will hurt themselves or even kill themselves my cousin(whom I love so much💜💜💜) suggested the app,I had to to talk to someone last night because I had a big mental break down I know it’s there if I need it, I am suggesting this app to all it is a great app I am also very stressed and I have cut, I regret it very much because I want to be a kpop trainee and the cutting may have backfired on me. Idk yet. But I don’t want others to take that extra step that I did so I’m suggesting this app. Thank you so much for reading!! —Stray Kids STAY💜🖤
