Honestly when you get a good counselor this app deserves six stars, but sometimes they just don’t seem all that interested or qualified for the job. One kept asking me questions I’d answered, saying at least you....and didn’t respond one time for like thirty minutes. One counselor helped me a ton when I had a panic attack, another helped when kids bullied me, and another tried helping calm my panic attack by asking me to list the worst outcomes. I believe they were hoping to help me rationalize but if someone is having a panic attack DON’T MAKE THEM LIST BAD THINGS THAT MIGHT HAPPEN!!! They even asked me to recount the worst thing that did happen in that scenario and for the life of me it was top three worst moments in my life hands down!!! It did the opposite of helping!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Your feedback is appreciated! We would love everyone to use the app, feel free to use the "parent" feature. Schools do not need to be attached in order to chat with a master's level licensed clinician. Hope this helps!
Who am I talking to?
I used this app several months ago, and was really disappointed. I wanted to get help and talk about something that happened with my friend, so I did the chat and submitted a “tip”. The “person” I was talking to on the chat was rude and unprofessional. It seemed like I was talking to a kid, they way they were saying things. They were saying things like “oh well,” and “yeah you shouldn’t have done that” but never showed any sympathy for my situation. It took them a long time to answer me back too. Who are these people we are talking to anyway? School makes it seem like this app is so great but I did not have a good experience.
