Very outdated banking mobile app and the latest update is so buggy
Unfortunately Safwa bank is way behind other bank in the mobile banking space ….very limited functionality ….unpleasant user experience….outdated UI…..and to add on top after the latest update, the app became buggy to the degree that one can’t access any account related data ….Safwa bank has a long way to go in this space ….they are good for fixed deposits and certificates of deposits but for current day to day banking activity, other bank provide much more powerful banking apps that allow you to do much more in a great user experience.

Unreliable, Bad user experience
I’m in the states and I can’t log in my account anymore from the app, shows an error message “you can’t login due to bio metrics restrictions” even if i try to login in with the password i face the same issue.
Thankfully I’m not relying on my safwa account otherwise I would’ve been stuck. This kind of issue doesn’t happen in any other banking apps, not sure how it can still be so bad after all these years.
