The world’s first wireless, auto-inflating blood flow restriction cuffs, The BFR Cuffs by SAGA Fitness are designed to help you train smarter and achieve more from your training. Unlike traditional BFR tools, the cuffs:
- Are fully wireless, and don’t require complicated cords to inflate them
- Intelligently calibrate to an individual’s personalised pressure zone, ensuring safe limb occlusion pressure for the workout
- Occlusion pressure and therefore workout intensity can be controlled via Bluetooth app using your mobile phone

It works

I’ve had more time fussing with the app than I would like due to the UI design, labeling and flow not being intuitive. I have always gotten it to work eventually, and the resulting restriction and the feeling seem right. I just think they should take a hard look at what happens in the typical use cases and then simply and clarify what the user sees and goes through

App crashing

App keeps force closing

Version 2 broke basic functionality

Version 2 is utter garbage. Removed the ability to manually set pressure levels, and the cuffs now inflate to different pressures for my wife.

Revert to version 1 and I’ll gladly remove this review. But at present, your system is broken. Your developers failed big on this one.
