Easy to use!!!
Very difficult to place order on line, site would not respond when it was time to “submit” and/or site would sign me out and I would lose everything in my cart. Very frustrating!!! One of my items no longer available, most likely do to this. I purchased about 22 items. The online site needs to save a cart automatically. It takes too much time to save it for “later” (just in case) & my cart disappeared preventing me from saving. A pink error would show up, called in but the young man didn’t speak English very well & requesting I order colors I’m not interested in & then he hung up, clearly a language barrier which I did not appreciate at 11:40 pm. I rebooted my laptop several times it was not me. Very disappointed with online experience. I usually shop in stores, rarely on line. I never shop on my iPhone & I was forced to. I had to take pics to search for the previous selected items. This app was Excellent but I will not be forced to shop from a phone!!! Please address your site & make it consumer friendly.
The customer service as it relates to waiting list and availability of items following notification is superb. I shop with a larger and most noteworthy company and it is almost a joke in this regard. I have in the past attempted to purchase an item only minutes after receiving notification; and, every single time, the item was still unavailable. Yet, there was always an offer to purchase a substitute item...NOT good. Thank you, thank you for your expert customer service.
Didn’t ship on time, horrible customer service
I ordered 3 dresses from Saks for a destination wedding I was attending.
In order to make sure the dresses where delivered on time for my for my trip I payed $35 for express shipping, but even on the day of my trip the dresses did not arrive.
I contacted Saks in order to cancel the order and get a refund since I was clearly not going to wear them to the wedding any more, but they told me I couldn't cancel the order and that I had to wait to receive the package and then return it in order to get my money back.
While I was on my trip I received an email confirming the delivery of the package ONE WEEK AFTER the supposed delivery date. So as soon as I was back in the country I shipped the dresses back. But the only refund I have received in over a month since I shipped the dresses back is the shipping costs.
I sent several emails asking for my money back but I have received no response.
I would not recommend
1. Paying $35 for express shipping since it clearly was not next day shipping (as indicated), but rather nine days.
2. Shopping online at Sacks if you are expecting you order to be delivered on the day that it indicates, since it is not the fist time that my order does not arrive on time.
Shopping online is supposed to make the shopping experience more convenient for clients, I would think that after delivering my order late, customer service could at least answer my emails and give me back my money in a timely manner.
