Fantastic Functionality and Support
I love Salesmate! I like it so much that I have an account for my banking job and my business. Many CRMs are too complicated to fine tune and adjust without a developer. Salesmate makes it easy enough for you to get by on your own. It’s beautifully simple without skimping out on any of the essentials. The app really is wonderful.
I actually found Salesmate when Googling for a Close CRM alternative. If you’re familiar with Close CRM Salesmate is similar, except it actually has an app and support is WAY better. Seriously, I can message them at midnight through the app and they will work with me to resolve challenges within 5 minutes. They have teams in India and the US so support it 24/7. Pricing is also very fair.
There are minor things that I wish could be added or improved, but they’re not nearly bad enough to take a star away. The staff actually will relay your suggestions to their management circles and take your feedback seriously. They ask a lot of questions to help better present your ideas. So in summary— Salesmate is awesome!
Salesmate gets the A grade!
If you are a rep looking to track you’re activity and measure daily goals while manage your pipeline with granular detail, than Salesmate is the tool. No other CRM has integrated omnichannel on mobile like Salesmate. It’s an open platform so you can automate via Zapier, webhooks, or API. Further if you need reporting, automated follow-up and the best G-Suite/Gmail integration, than Salesmate is for you.
Let’s face it, regardless of the times we are in now with COVID 19, you have to be mobile to be a top performing rep. You have to plan your day and you need feature rich capabilities at your finger tips. That’s Salesmate. I have tested over 30 CRM apps and been in Enterprise sales for 20 years and this is hands down the best CRM platform out there.
You have to try it for a few months in action to see the difference. Regardless if you have to use Salesforce for forecasting, this is the tool for daily use. You will be happy with Salesmate. Happy hunting.

Would LOVE to see a DARK MODE 🌙
I would love to see a dark mode for desktop and mobile! That and a “list” view for deals instead of the pipeline on mobile. I’ve got a long pipeline and it would help to see them in a list just like desktop. Other than that I love Salesmate. I’ve been looking for a CRM that fits all of my needs and Salesmate is the one! I evaluated others like Keap, Dubsado, and Hubspot for my business, but none of the compared like Salesmate. I love the customization Salesmate allows. I have a very unique business model and it was easy to apply to Salesmate. It’s great to see all my deals in one place now. As my business is growing I’ll have Salesmate to keep me more organized.
